Eligibility
The promotion is available to eligible customers who successfully settle a qualifying new home loan or refinance through The Umbrella Company during the promotional period.
Promotional Period
The promotional period operates from 08/07/2026 to 14/08/2026 and relates to the date an initial enquiry was submitted to The Umbrella Company.

Free Fibre Broadband
The broadband component applies to the Simply Broadband Fibre Essential Plan only.
The offer is provided as a monthly credit (currently valued at $63.59 per month) for the applicable promotional period.
The offer is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
Customers must successfully connect a qualifying Simply Broadband Fibre Essential service to redeem the offer.

Additional charges may apply for optional upgrades, add-ons, or services outside the Fibre Essential plan.
Prezzy® Card
The Prezzy® Card will be issued within 8 weeks following settlement of the qualifying home loan. Any terms and conditions relating to the use of the Prezzy® Card are those of the card issuer.
Cashback
Cashback is issued by the lender and qualifying loans are those that meet main bank policy.
Eligibility Determination
All lending applications remain subject to normal lending criteria and approval. The Umbrella Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for this promotion.
Final Decision
The Umbrella Company's decision regarding eligibility, qualifying lending amounts and promotional entitlement is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
